We are unable to accept returns or refunds for digital products once the files have been downloaded due to their nature. However, in some situations (such as a duplicate order or the incorrect preset being provided), we will think about issuing refunds and will do so at our fair discretion.

Arranging A Return Or Refund

When I try to check out, I get a payment error. What am I able to do?
There is most likely a mistake or a typo in your billing information if you are receiving an error message when attempting to submit your payment.

I Was Charged More Than Once For An Order.
Check your email to find out how many order confirmations you received if your statement shows several charges for the same transaction.
It’s likely that only one of the charged orders was successful if you only got one confirmation. Within two to three business days, the remaining charge or charges on your statement will vanish. Send us an email if you keep seeing these duplicate charges.
